Connector ID (often abbreviated as CID) is Liquidware Labs’ lightweight endpoint agent for the Stratusphere UX platform. It runs on desktops and session hosts—across physical, virtual, and cloud-delivered workspaces—to capture detailed user experience and performance telemetry, including system health, application usage, and session behavior. The agent securely transmits this data to the Stratusphere Hub for baselining, capacity planning, and rapid troubleshooting, helping organizations right-size resources, accelerate migrations to VDI or DaaS, and resolve end-user performance issues faster.
Key capabilities:
- Rich telemetry: CPU, memory, disk, network, and GPU utilization; application and process inventory; session and login metrics; and user experience indicators.
- Lightweight footprint: Designed to run unobtrusively with minimal resource and network impact.
- Flexible deployment: Supports silent installation, policy-based configuration, and integration with common enterprise software distribution tools.
- Secure and configurable: Uses secure communications to an on-premises or cloud-hosted Stratusphere Hub, with granular controls over data collection to align with privacy and compliance requirements.
